wickrazk: Zero-Knowledge Proofs of Backtest Performance

R bindings for wickra-zk over its C ABI hub. Prove that a backtest was run honestly - the report, its hash and the headline metrics - without revealing the price data or the strategy that produced it. The proof is a RISC Zero receipt over the same deterministic engine every other binding drives, so a verdict reached here is the verdict reached anywhere. Proving runs a zkVM and takes seconds to minutes; verification is fast.
